Ok. So I realize my play on the ABBA song “Dancing Queen” is a bit corny, but this summer I plan to actually become a “Planting Queen.” My internship, based out of Gardens of Eagan in Northfield, MN, is geared toward hands on organic farming experience. From transplanting to seeding, watering to weeding, I will do it all this summer. This is my chance to see if farming is the right career choice for me. This blog will document the things I’m learning, as well as how the crops are doing. Happy planting!
